Pattern Owl is a product review analytics platform that helps businesses analyze customer feedback, extract themes, and generate actionable insights. The Service includes data import, AI-powered analysis, and interactive dashboards.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or business may not maintain more than one account.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all review data you upload or sync through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (including AI analysis).

You represent that you have the right to upload or connect the review data you provide, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. If you import customer data (names, emails, locations), you are responsible for having appropriate consent or legal basis to process that data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service
• Upload malicious content, malware, or data designed to exploit the system
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to use

6. AI-Generated Insights

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze reviews and generate insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated insights. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on insights at your own discretion.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustSpot Acquisitions Co, Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
